Tom Miller
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Tom Miller has been appointed as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Roof Restoration Group and will serve as the coordinating executive while additional founders and operators join forces with RRG. Prior to stepping into this role, Mr. Miller most recently served as CFO of UNIRAC, a manufacturer of solar roof racking systems which Mr. Miller helped scale with two different private equity sponsors. In addition to serving as CFO for RRG, Mr. Miller will lead M&A and integration for the platform. Mr. Miller earned a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Justin Ririe
Commercial Division CEO
Over the past two decades as a CEO and US Army military commander, Mr. Ririe has led large organizations through change. As founder of The Dahlonega Group, he acquired and led service and manufacturing companies with untapped value. At RRG, Mr. Ririe is overseeing the entire Commercial Division, including M&A, sales team development, operations, and large loss claims. He is currently in process of closing multiple acquisitions to be announced later in 2026.
